*Dr. Jensen closes with, "Please don't write to me again. I don't want to listen to your haranguing me on these issues, or to hear you beat your drums of denial, with your false interpretations and revolt." Guardian Joseph Pepe Remey never did write again, as we later learned he had passed away the day before this letter was written. Twenty years of correspondence with the third guardian comes to an end.*
***
**Dear Pepe,**
Here we are at it again! I told you before that I didn't want to correspond with you! You keep coming up with your interpretations of the writings, that is forbidden and is erroneous. I have the whole world on my shoulders and I have to continually have to read your opinions on the writings, that is your opinions are also forbidden and are erroneous, according to 'Abdu'l-Baha's sacred Will and Testament. In your point 3 you state that "Neither Shoghi Effendi nor 'Abdu'l-Baha possessed conferred infallibility." On this basis you put down almost everything I stated and back it up in writings of 'Abdu'l-Baha, as erroneous. This bad interpretation naturally comes from one that doesn't even claim to be a Baha'i.
The truth of the matter is that not only did Baha'u'llah in his *Book of the Covenant* and the *Tablet of the Branch* tell us all to turn unto 'Abdu'l-Baha and in other of His writings He tells us that 'Abdu'l-Baha is infallible. 'Abdu'l-Baha wrote, as found in the *Baha'i World Faith*:
> But in this Blessed Dispensation, for the sake of permanency of the Cause of God and the avoidance of the dissension amongst the people of God, the Blessed Beauty \[Baha'u'llah] (may my soul be a sacrifice unto him), has through the Supreme Pen \[writings of Baha'u'llah] written the Covenant and the Testament; He appointed a Center, the Exponent \[one who interprets, explains or expounds] of the Book and the annular of disputes. Whatever is written or said by Him \['Abdu'l-Baha] is conformable to the truth and under the protection of the Blessed Beauty, He \['Abdu'l-Baha] is **infallible**.
>
> ('Abdu'l-Baha, *Baha'i World Faith*, p. 358. Emphasis added.)
So what ever 'Abdu'l-Baha explains or expounds in any of His writings including *Some Answered Questions* is the truth as He is **infallible** and whatever you say against it is a lie. I make no interpretations myself. I go by the interpretations provided by Baha'u'llah.
Another attempt to derail the faith — I will quote from your point 5:
> **(5)** *Baha'u'llah nowhere confirms infallibility on His House of Justice. He merely promised it to be under the PROTECTION of the Abha Kingdom and free from error. To interpret that to mean infallibility is stretching the point way out of reality.*
The *Webster's New Universal Unabridged Dictionary* gives the definitions of the word "infallible" as (1) not fallible, not capable of **error**; never wrong. I don't know where you went to school and learned the English language, but wherever you went you should consult a dictionary before you rattle on. No matter what you say, the meaning of *"free from error"* means *infallibility*, and *infallibility* means *free from all error* and nothing else. Get your arguments straight.
All the things you write in your letter is based upon your own interpretation rather than upon the interpretations made by the ones that Baha'u'llah appointed to interpret the words of the Baha'i Revelation. The infallible interpreter of the word 'Abdu'l-Baha in His *Will and Testament* wrote:
>To none is given the right to put forth **his own opinion** or express his particular convictions. All must seek guidance and turn unto the Center of the Cause \[Shoghi Effendi] and the House of Justice. And he that turneth unto whatsoever else is indeed in grievous error.
>
>('Abdu'l-Baha, *Will and Testament*, p. 26. Emphasis added.)
The infallibility that Baha'u'llah had conferred upon Muhammad Ali was given unto Shoghi Effendi:
>For he is, after 'Abdu'l-Baha, the guardian of the Cause of God, the Afnan, the Hands (pillars) of the Cause and the beloved of the Lord must obey him and turn unto him. He that obeyeth him not, hath not obeyed God; he that turneth away from him, hath turned away from God and he that denieth him, hath denied the True one \[infallible].
>
> Beware lest anyone falsely interpret these words and like unto them that have broken the Covenant after the day of Ascension (of Baha'u'llah) advance a pretext, raise a standard of revolt, wax stubborn and open wide the door of **false interpretation**
>
>('Abdu'l-Baha, *Will and Testament*, pp. 25–26. Emphasis added.)
All throughout your letter is your own **false interpretations.** They are bogus and irrelevant and don't have the value of the paper that they are written on. In fact they are down right sinful and subversive, raising the standard of revolt and Covenant-breaking. They are so awful that it is enough to have Mason Remey turn over in his grave. Thus I am not going to waste my time to discuss them. They are the babblings of a very sick old man.
There is one thing however that I must clear up is that I did not in any way appoint you to be the guardian of the second International Baha'i Council. I don't know how you happened to come up with that myth. When Shoghi Effendi set-up the first International Baha'i Council he appointed all the members and then he said that he **welcomed** Mason Remey as the president of that council. That is Mason Remey was the only living son of 'Abdu'l-Baha. Therefore he was the only one that could possibly fulfill that position. It was not the choice of Shoghi Effendi. It was ordained by God. Mason Remey said that he or one of his successors would sit as the president of the Universal House of Justice. Consequently like 'Abdu'l-Baha he adopted a son and appointed him to be his successor in the guardianship. I had absolutely nothing at all to do about it. As the Covenant-breakers destroyed the first International Baha'i Council and set-up a headless monster in its place, hence God had in His plan for the fourth coming of Jesus to come and reestablish what the Covenant-breakers threw out.
God had a plan at the beginning and this was for a six thousand year cycle.\[E1] According to the dated Bible Adam came 4004 B.C. The six days of a week with the day of rest is synonymous with the Adamic cycle as Peter said that each day was as a thousand years (2 Peter 3:8), therefore the Adamic cycle ends in 1996 A.D.\[E2] All four waves of the destruction will be over at that time and the Kingdom of God will be established, with the Universal House of Justice fully established with the guardian sitting at the head of it as the president. In this plan nothing has been added to it or had been subtracted from it. Thus all the Manifestations of God knew the entire plan, but like the grades of school the teachers only teach the children the lessons of the grade they are in. The minor prophets however could look behind the veil and see part of the plan, and when they did this they wrote it down as prophecies. By looking at these prophecies we were able to give the exact date of the bombing of the Trade Towers on February 26, 1993. In like manner we have predicted from the prophecies for the total destruction of New York City on March 23, 1994. Likewise Daniel gave four dates for the Coming of Jesus: 30 A.D., 1844 A.D., 1863 A.D. and 1963 A.D. Every thing that is happening now was in the plan at the beginning including you and me, and nothing can change in the least as to what is going to happen. I definitely did not appoint you to be the guardian of the second Internationa Baha'i Council as you claim. This was fixed 6 thousand years ago by God, and this is what the Holy Scriptures are all about. To go against this is to go against God. You are the only son of Mason Remey, so you are the head of the second IBC whether you like it or not. It does not require your acceptance, or rejection. Look at it like this the presidency of the USA is considered the most powerful position in the world. Tomorrow it will be the presidency of the United World.
Please don't write to me again. I don't want to listen to your haranguing me on these issues, or to hear you beat your drums of denial, with your false interpretations and revolt. I have the Kingdom to establish which takes all of my time.

**Endnotes**
**1.** \[Editor's note: The "six thousand year cycle" mentioned here is also mentioned by Shoghi Effendi,
>"… Then, and only then, will the vast, the majestic process, set in motion at the dawn of the Adamic cycle, attain its consummation — a process **which commenced six thousand years ago** …."
>
>(Shoghi Effendi, *Messages to the Baha'i World*, p. 153, Emphasis added.)]
**2.** \[Editor's note: It's also interesting to note that "… the Adamic cycle ends in 1996 A.D." is the year that Dr. Jensen passed away, August 6, 1996. He made that statement two and a half years prior to his death.
At his passing Dr. Jensen had fulfilled his mission for 33 and a half years, the same length of time as Jesus' entire life.
>Jesus, when he began his ministry, was about thirty years of age, being the son (as was supposed) of Joseph …
>
>(Luke 3:23 RSV)
Following Jesus beginning His ministry there are three Passovers recorded in the gospels: Luke 2:13, 6:4, 11:55-57.
The year 1997 (or perhaps some time during 1996) would then be the start of the Baha'i Cycle. The Adamic Cycle is the Cycle of Prophecy and the Baha'i Cycle is the Cycle of Fulfillment.
>"A Revelation, hailed as the promise and crowning glory of past ages and centuries, as the consummation of all the Dispensations within the Adamic Cycle, inaugurating an era of at least a thousand years' duration, and a cycle destined to last no less than five thousand centuries, signalizing the end of the **Prophetic Era** and the beginning of the **Era of Fulfillment** …"
